Friedrich Weinwurm (1885 - 1942) was one of the most significant representatives of the architectural avant-garde in Slovakia. His ideas of architectures gradually developed to encompass its societal importance. The talk will explain how the modern principles of building standardisation, collectivism and construction planning were introduced in his work.
