No Code
Contemporary Italian Art

3. June 2005 — 28. August 2005
Esterházyho palác, 1. a 2. poschodie, Bratislava
Curator: Cecilia Casorati, Beáta Jablonská

The exhibition presents a group of eleven artists (Elisabetta Benassi, Maurizio Cannavacciuolo, Daniela de Lorenzo, Marcello Maloberti, Otonella Mocellin, Nicola Pellegrini, Liliana Moro, Luca Pancrazzi, Cristiano Pintaldi, Elisa Sighicelli, Enzo Umbaca) known on the Italian and international art scenes.

The title No Code suggests that the exhibition shows a wide range of contemporary Italian art. The presentation of eleven artists is not based on a "common denominator", which would restrict the artists thematically. However, they share an affinity with modern visual language represented in painting, object, photography and video installation.

In co-operation with the Italian Cultural Institute in Bratislava
Organiser: Incontri Internazionali d´arte a Roma
